EXOS and CFG – What it means for YOU!

It has long been in my vision for CFG to be a place where people could come for anything health and fitness related. A one-stop-shop if you will.
We’ve had the exercise and movement piece dialed in from day 1.
When we decided to offer a more robust nutrition service with Natalie Main coming on board, that filled a huge gap.
Well now we will be taking an enormous step forward.
It is my distinct pleasure to announce that we will be partnering with a company called EXOS to bring physical therapy and sports medicine right into the four walls of CFG. For those unfamiliar, EXOS is at the forefront of all things health, wellness, performance, and recovery and I am so thrilled that we will now offer an even more holistic solution for all of you.

If you’ve been present at the 9am class the past few weeks, you’ve no doubt met Jim Godin. He will be our onsite physical therapist. He was previously the Director of the SOCCENT Human Performance Program at MacDill AFB for the past several years and has even spent time working on some of our military folks at CFG. Currently, he’s the Director of Performance Physical Therapy for both the EXOS Legacy facilities as well as the CFG EXOS PT and Sports Medicine location.
