B. Skill:

10-15 mins partner deadlift – work to heaviest touch and go set of 5

C. WOD:

5 Rounds –
:30 max reps deadlift (135/95) (rx+ 225/155)
:30 max reps t2b
1 min rest

*Score is total reps
*For rx+ you should be able to touch and go at least 5 reps at that weight for multiple rds.
