1 minute Pigeon Pose each side, 20 duck walk steps with PVC in Overhead position

 

B. Strength:

20 minutes to work up heaviest complex: Hang Power Snatch + 3 Overhead Squats

 

C. WOD:

10 minute AMRAP –
5 Hang Power Snatches @60%
10 Hand Release Push-ups
15 Abmat Sit ups
