So we relaunched our Open Gym program just over 2-1/2 weeks ago, and people have been getting tons of use out of it which is the point…and is AWESOME! Not only has it been a tremendous benefit for those that couldn’t make a normal class that day due to their work schedule, it’s been effective for those wanting to work on extra skills, hit an extra WOD, hang out with their friends they might not get to work out with on the regular…or even toss in some good ol’ fashioned bicep curls!! Yes, we’ve even seen that…

Anyhow, we are going to leave Open Gym 2.0 absolutely FREE for the next two weeks, but if you’d still like to continue utilizing the service (after Aug. 15th), it’ll cost you just about a buck a day…or $30. There is no contract or commitment, and it’s not a requirement, so feel free to use it when you wish.

And just as a quick reminder, here are a few housekeeping rules and the hours Open Gym is available for your use:

1. There will be no coaching going on.

2. If you’re seen doing something sketchy, you’ll be asked to stop

3. Three strikes and you’re out

4. This is not the time to bring a friend along – that is Saturday @ 9am!

Monday: 8am-12pm, 4pm-8pm

Tuesday: 8am-12pm, 5pm-8pm

Wednesday: 8am-12pm, 4pm-8pm

Thursday: 8am-12pm, 5pm-8pm

Friday: 8am-12pm, 4pm-8pm
