Private Training

DSC_1927At the heart of our programs success is our incredibly supportive community. Although our regular group classes are designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community, there are times when private training works best.

 

You might be looking for some focused attention to master a new skill or maximize your efficiency with a current strength – things that go beyond what can be accomplished in a normal group setting.

This option also works well for the person who isn’t quite ready to work within the group setting.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, or just prefer a more personal setting, an individually designed program equates to faster results.

Private training is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.

 

Expectations:

Your private coaching experience will be tailored to your specific needs, and may include – DSC_1921

– Mobility exercises to improve and restore joint range of motion
– Skill-based warm-up to prepare for specific movement patterning
– Strength and conditioning exercises chosen to specifically achieve your goal
– Post-workout recovery techniques
– Nutritional guidance
– Health, wellness, and lifestyle support

 

We will also program specific homework for you to complete on your own should you wish to continue improving…and who doesn’t want that?!

 

Other Considerations:

Private coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.

$70/hour

30min “Skill Sessions” – $40

Package Discounts offered for 10 or 20 sessions paid up front.
