A. MWOD:

Banded Hamstring stretch 30 secs/side, Hurdler Stretch (reach for toe) 30 secs/side

B. Skill/Strength: 15 minutes Single Leg Deadlift 5 reps each leg

-Start with PVC then KBs if need be
-Hips parallel to the ground

C. WOD:

10 minute AMRAP
5 burpee box jump overs (24/20)
10 Deadlifts (135/95)
