  • Monday – normal
  • Tuesday – normal
  • Wednesday – 5:30 and 9am ONLY
  • Thursday – 9am class ONLY
  • Friday – 5pm & 7pm ONLY
  • Saturday – normal

Nutrition:

Raw Creamy Papaya Custard
-1 whole organic papaya (peel and remove the seeds)
-4 tablespoons organic grass-fed raw butter (softened)
-2 organic pasture-raised raw eggs
-2 tablespoons raw honey
Instructions:
Add the papaya, butter, eggs, and honey into a Vitamix blender and blend until it reaches a smooth consistency. Serve and eat immediately, or place in a glass jar in the refrigerator. Shelf life is 5 days.
