Thursday – 5:30am, 9:00am, 6:00pm
Friday – 5:30am, 9:00am, 5:00pm, 7:00pm
Saturday -9:00am

CrossFit Kids:

Tuesday – Junior Varsity (3:45-4:30pm), Varsity (4:45-5:30pm)
Thursday – Junior Varsity (3:45-4:30pm), Varsity (4:45-5:30pm)

1-1 Personal Training:

All day, scheduled with a Coach at your convenience
