B. Skill:
Strict HSPU – 5×5

*Warm up to a progression that is challenging for 5 reps in the Strict Handstand Push-Up and complete 5 sets of 5 reps.

*Scale the distance/movement, use Rx, or utilize a deficit to find something challenging for yourself. *Sets must be unbroken.

C. Metcon:
Death by Thruster (95/65)
