1. Adult CrossFit Classes
You are an athlete.
You play the “Sport of Life.”
You don’t have goals to make it on the field as a starter. You’re not looking to go pro. You’re not training for Team USA.
But you do want to get in good shape and be fit. And have fun doing it.
You’ve got kids (grandkids?) to chase around, groceries to pick up, and meetings to sit through.
You’ve got life.
That’s where we come in. The adult CrossFit classes are designed especially for you. The best part is that there is a community of like-minded individuals here to encourage you along the way.
Think you’re just “not in shape” yet to start? No worries, we’ve got a Foundations program designed just for that! Our goal with these classes is to set you up for success prior to entering our general classes. It is required of all new members. The movements that we use on a daily basis are unique and take time and practice to learn how to execute them well. These sessions will provide you with the techniques and skills necessary for maintaining safety and maximizing your results when you enter the normal group classes. We will also teach you about the basic methodology we use in your pursuit of fitness as well as assess your goals and establish a plan for achieving them.
The Foundations course is comprised of three private sessions and run during their own time slot. Sessions are scheduled at your convenience between you and a coach. Once you complete those three sessions, you are allowed to join our normal group classes three times per week for the next three weeks to get a feel for them. The cost for this course is only $200 for the entire month.

2. CrossFit Kids
CrossFit Kids is not merely a scaled down version of CrossFit. It is entirely and absolutely CrossFit, geared and designed for a special population and the specific needs of that population.
Not long ago, I remember spending nearly every minute of my summer vacation outside having fun. Running around with friends, climbing trees, playing pick-up games, jumping over obstacles. This was my ‘play time.’ These days, things seem a little different. No, I’m not one of those “back in my day” kind of guys, but it’s hard to overlook the fact that indoor activities have replaced a good chunk of time that used to be dominated by outdoor fun. Physical education has even been removed from many school curriculums.
Well, we aim to change that. We want to make physical play fun again – not a chore or something seen as punishment.
CrossFit Kids combines gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across 10 general physical skills (cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance), with additional focus on elements that encourage bone density and vestibular system development.
Children and teens have a great opportunity to maximize their physical skills when exposed to this stimulus during years of peak development, and the elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement mechanics and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CrossFit Kids, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, thus creating a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.
Our dream is to foster a generation of healthy, fit individuals who require limited assistance and enjoy freedom of movement and activity throughout their lifespans.
To that end, we design each of our workouts with the varied modalities that will increase fitness levels across a broad spectrum of performance and health considerations. Working the body according to the way it was designed, we are teaching a generation to take responsibility for their health via the path of least resistance. Special attention is paid to utilizing progressions for difficult or compound movements, and progressive loading dictated by size, age, and consistency in form.
We offer two different age groups – elementary and middle school. But don’t get hung up on a specific age – the determining factors will be their physical capability, mental ability, and emotional maturity.
In order to keep things running smoothly, we are capping the classes at 12 kids. This means that classes will be booked on a first come, first served basis. So, if you want your little dude or dudette to be a part of the ‘Glory Gang,’ simply reach out via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Private Training
Private training is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
4. Nutritional Counseling
This one is easy. Wait, I take that back…it’s not easy. Nutrition is definitely the hardest thing for most people to make a lasting change with. But it’s also the thing that makes the biggest difference in your overall health and fitness. We’ve already got a fabulous page dedicated to providing the basics on good nutrition, but sometimes it helps to sit down face to face with someone and hash out your questions and concerns with switching to a (probably) new nutritional lifestyle. Depending on your goals, these sessions can range from 30-60 minutes, with options for additional check-ins as needed.
