Got Squat? 8/20/12

Over the weekend, we created a brand new page for the website that focuses on local competitions, races, etc. If you see something on there that interests you, either click the accompanying link or ask your trusty coach the next time you’re in. I highly encourage EVERYONE to get involved and try something out…the experience will change your life, I promise. No sense in working out at the box if you’re not going to put your fitness to a test, right??

Our next monthly challenge will be the “CrossFit Squat Total.” Similar to the other total we did, except this one will be the summation of your best attempts (for that day) in the overhead squat, front squat, and back squat. In regards to the back squat, this one will be low-bar style.
