Private, 1-on-1, training is for people that have super-busy schedules or those who want more personalized attention. Or perhaps you just don’t feel ready to jump into a group class. If this describes you, then PT is what we recommend. Each of your sessions is designed solely with your goals in mind and all movement is performed with the guidance of a professional coach. These sessions are 30 or 60 minutes in length.
Our Kids and Teens programs combine gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across 10 general physical skills (cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance), with additional focus on elements that encourage bone density and vestibular system development. Children and teens have a great opportunity to maximize their physical skills when exposed to this stimulus during years of peak development, and the elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained while teaching them proper movement mechanics and creating a broad athletic foundation. For these age groups, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, thus creating a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

Our 4200sqft facility is home to all sorts of fun equipment, from barbells and bumper plates to rowers, GHDS, kettlebells and gymnastic rings – we’ve got all the tools to help you become the fittest person you can. We also have two bathrooms with showers and a fun little area to hang out in before/after you get your WOD on!

REGARDLESS OF YOUR FITNESS GOALS (INCREASED STRENGTH, WEIGHT-LOSS, SPECIAL RACE/EVENT, ETC.), NUTRITION IS THE DRIVING FORCE BEHIND THESE AMBITIONS. ESTABLISHING PROPER EATING HABITSS WILL NOT ONLY FUEL YOUR BODY FOR THE WORKOUTS, BUT AID IN ENERGIZING IT THROUGHOUT YOUR DAY.
