PERSONAL TRAINING

Private, 1-on-1, training is for folks that have super-busy schedules or those who want more personalized attention. Or
perhaps you just don’t feel ready to jump into a group class. If this describes you, then PT is what we recommend. Each
of your sessions is designed solely with your goals in mind and all movement is performed with the guidance of a
professional coach. These sessions are 60 minutes in length.

NUTRITION COACHING

Nutrition coaching combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. No quick fix. Our Nutrition Coaching Program is very unique and is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”. Imagine the confidence you could have walking into the grocery store or a restaurant knowing exactly what you should eat to not only feel great but look great too! The internet is filled with diet plans, recipe plans, and other information. There are a lot of programs out there telling you what NOT to eat or how to replace meals with supplements or a shake but what if we could attain this confidence through learning what TO eat and using whole foods with limited ingredients? Behold, a teaching program to build life-long skills one step at a time! Our nutrition coaching services include an Initial Consultation & Health Assessment, 4 Weeks Meal Plans (with Grocery Lists), Goal Setting Session, Comprehensive Nutrition Handbook, Biometric Testing (InBody Machine) before and after, and a Follow-Up Visit.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

CrossFit group classes are an accessible and inclusive small-group training option. Our experienced coaches will work with you in a semi-private setting to modify the workouts to suit your unique goals and abilities. Each class is 60 minutes in length.

In all cases, our coaches are committed to your success. The best way to find out which option is best for you is to schedule your free consultation…what we refer to as a ‘No Sweat Intro!’ In this short 15-minute meeting we aim to learn about you and your goals and help lay out a plan that meets you where you are. Then, we’ll talk about delivery of that plan – no more doing a fitness program that doesn’t take your personal goals into mind during every class.
