Sleep better. – Sleep is so important to your general wellbeing that you’ll want to make sure you’re getting enough of it at the right time. Get into the circadian rhythm of life and schedule your wake up and sleep times according to the natural rhythms your body goes through.

Movement:

A. MWOD:
Banded Lat Stretch + Banded Overhead Shoulder Stretch

B. Skill:
Tempo Dips – 4×5 @ 30×2 tempo
*3 seconds down, 0 seconds at the bottom, explode (push) back up, 2 second hold at the top of the dip.
*Use bands, bodyweight, or added weight to complete 4 sets of 5 reps.
*Sets must be unbroken.

C. Metcon:
5RFT:
12 Pull-Ups
9 Bar-Facing Burpees
6 Back Squats (115/80)

Recovery:

Stretch and foam roll those lats!
