Nutrition:

First sign of a sickness coming on…. Pop some emulsified oregano oil. This is a natural anti-viral herb. I purchase them in pressed pill form and use as a lozenge if I start to feel icky. BUT BE WARNED! It is potent stuff and should be tested before use especially on children. It can be “hot” to some people.

A. MWOD:

1 min each side couch stretch/pigeon pose

B. Skill:

OH barbell lunge – 20mins to heaviest set of 10 walking.

C. Wod:

8min amrap –
6 OH lunges (95/65)
12 bar facing burpees
RX + (135/95)
