25-30min to build to a Heavy Single Banded Conventional Deadlift *DO NOT use anything more than the red band.

C. Metcon:
2 rounds of: 4min AMRAP:

8 Hang Power Snatch (75/55)

8 Bar Facing Burpees

*Jump over the bar.

*Pick up where you left off after the first AMRAP. For example, if you finish 4 rounds and 4 snatches in the first AMRAP, then you will start the second AMRAP on snatch #5.
