Women's Self-Defense

It is with great pleasure to announce that we will be hosting a Women’s Self Defense class at CrossFit For Glory on Saturday, October 3rd from 9 – 10:30am. Any women ages 13 and up are welcome, but there is space for just 30 participants, so reserve your spot now by clicking here!
