With the official start of the summer just a week away (it’s on Father’s Day this year!), coupled with the awesome begging I continually get from people about hosting another Nutrition Challenge, it gives me great pleasure to report that we will be kicking one off very shortly!! But before we get to the nitty-gritty I wanted to release details of something else first.
For quite some time now, I have been working behind the scenes on a partnership between CFG and a company that will be a phenomenal compliment to what we already do from a health and fitness standpoint. I’ve not only tried the products myself but also thoroughly researched the quality and efficacy of their what they have to offer. I have come away with total confidence that they can continue to help us advance our mission and improve peoples lives as their philosophy on health and wellness aligns with mine…yes, even from a “how and what to eat” perspective.
Having said all that, I am proud to announce that CFG will start offering AdvoCare. I’m sure most, if not all, of you know the success that many in the gym have seen with their products. Well now ALL OF YOU will be given that same opportunity.
So here is the fun part – on Wednesday night, June 24th, we will be hosting a FREE nutrition seminar at the box at 8:15pm…or as soon as the 7pm class finishes up. We will be going over some basic nutrition principles, talk about what AdvoCare has to offer to support your goals, and answer any questions you all may have.
It is open to anyone, so if you’ve got friends, family, or co-workers that are looking to make improvements in their health and wellness, OR even if they’ve simply heard about AdvoCare and want to learn more, this is the time to invite them in.
Lastly, the Nutrition Challenge piece – on Monday, July 6th (see, I gave you the weekend of the 4th to enjoy!), we will kick off a box-wide 24 Day Challenge!! More details to follow.
