Today is a rare day, you have the option of which WOD you’d like to do. For the TLC participants, you MUST complete the baseline WOD either today (Thursday) or tomorrow (Friday).
Choice 1 – CrossFit Squat Total: you will have one hour to compile your best attempts in the overhead squat, the front squat, and low-bar back squat.
Choice 2 – TLC Baseline WOD: 9min AMRAP of 7 KB Swings, 7 Burpees, and a 100m run
